Peachtree Corners, GA – February 4, 2025 – McKinley Homes, one of the fastest-growing home builders in the Southeast United States, today announced the appointment of Andrew Gagne, CPA, as its new Chief Financial Officer. Gagne brings a wealth of specialized homebuilder finance experience to his new role at McKinley, including his most recent position as CFO of Blue River Development in Atlanta. Prior to that, he served as VP of Finance at Davidson Homes in Huntsville, Alabama, and Controller/Senior Financial Analyst at Pulte Group in Atlanta and Nashville.
Before transitioning to the residential real estate and homebuilding sector, Gagne held several advisory and assurance roles in the consumer financialmarket, serving as a Senior Financial Accounting Advisor at Ernst & Young (EY) and as an Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). During his tenure at these prestigious public accounting firms, he worked with a wide range of clients, from privately held businesses to publicly traded corporations, gaining broad expertise across various industries.

In his new role as CFO, Gagne will assume responsibility for overseeing all finance and accounting operations for McKinley Homes, including its newest assets acquired through the recent purchase of Houston-based Liberty Home Builders.
Shared his focus for the role, Gagne said, “My primary aim is to provide the financial support needed for McKinley Homes to enter its next phase of growth ensuring sound underwriting that minimizes risk while highlighting the upside potential for every project.”
An Auburn University alumnus with both undergraduate and master’s degrees in accounting, Gagne is a native of Duluth, Georgia and currently resides in Atlanta.
