Available Position – Grading Operator
McKinley Homes is one of the area’s leading land developers working to become one of the most recognized builders in Atlanta by developing houses, communities, and dreams into places called “home.” We are growing and looking to bring in a motivated and hardworking Grading Operator to our family!
Now recruiting an experienced grading operator with an emphasis on lot finish grading. Candidate needs to be proficient with skid steer machines: dump truck experience and operating loaders and track hoes preferred. Operators will be reporting to designated jobsites throughout metro Atlanta area. Company truck, trailer, and machine provided. This position is a salary position with health insurance. 10 years of experience is required. Candidate must be dependable and conscientious with a clean driving record. No special licenses are required. But a driver’s license is required and a CDL is preferred.
